Poly and ENM Relationship Therapy
Online therapy for every relationship structure in Texas, Colorado, and Michigan
Maybe you've tried therapy before and spent half the session explaining what polyamory is. Or maybe you could feel the therapist quietly waiting for you to realize monogamy was the answer. You deserve better than that.
I'm a queer, poly affirming, kink knowledgeable therapist. Your relationship structure isn't the problem we're here to fix. It's simply the context we work within, and I'll meet it with curiosity instead of judgment.
Who I work with:
Individuals exploring nonmonogamy for the first time
Couples opening their relationship, or rethinking agreements they made years ago
Polycules, triads, and metamours who want support as a group
Solo poly folks and relationship anarchists
People grieving a breakup or a big shift inside their network
What we might work on
Jealousy and insecurity. Jealousy isn't a failure. We get curious about what it's telling you and what you need.
Agreements and communication. Building agreements that actually fit everyone, and repairing when they get broken.
Time, energy, and NRE. Balancing new relationship energy with the partners and life you already have.
Metamour relationships. Whether you're kitchen table, parallel, or somewhere in between.
Coming out as poly. To family, friends, or at work, at a pace that feels safe.
Kink and power dynamics. Talked about openly, without shame and without you having to teach me the basics.
How sessions work
We can meet one on one, as a couple, or with multiple partners. Longer 75 minute sessions often give everyone room to be heard. Sessions are online, and everyone who attends needs to be located in Texas, Colorado, or Michigan at the time of the session.
I draw from AEDP, Family Systems, and ACT. In plain terms, we slow down, notice the patterns playing out between you, and make room for the feelings underneath them. I don't take sides. I bring curiosity, humor, and care, and we move at the speed of trust.
