Embrace your authentic self in community. This group will provide a safe space to be yourself, create community, and process the ups and down of life. Topics may include managing dysphoria, anxiety, depression, social connection and relational challenges, etc.

When did this group start?

This group started back in 2019. We took a brief hiatus over COVID and returned to group in March 2022.
How frequently does this group meet?

This group meets weekly. During holiday periods, scheduling for group will be discussed.
What is the cost of group?

The cost of group is $50 per session. Reduced fee spots are available.
How do I sign up?

There is a required individual session to be completed prior to joining group. Please complete a contact form or schedule a free initial consultation to initiate this process.
Please note, An 8 week commitment to the group is required.
