I offer both telephone and video sessions through a secure and confidential HIPAA platform.
Services can be provided to individuals residing in Texas, Michigan, and Colorado.
Individual Therapy
$160 for 55 minutes
$240 for 75 minutes
Relational Therapy (Couples, Poly, and Family sessions)
$185 for 55 minutes
$275 for 75 minutes
Group
$50 for 75 minute group
I do offer a portion of reduced fee appointments for 2SLGBQIA+ and Trans folks. Proof of income is not required. We mutually discuss the rate and agree on a fee during the consultation. Folks are welcome to revisit the topic of payment at anytime.

As of September 2026, reduced fee appointments are full.
I am in network with Aetna through Headway. For all other insurance plans I am an out-of-network provider, and my practice is private pay.
If your plan is not Aetna, I can provide a monthly statement with the information you need to file with your insurance company for reimbursement. Because plans vary, contact your insurance company before our first session to ask about your out-of-network benefits for behavioral health. They can tell you whether your sessions are covered, what percentage is covered, and how to submit for reimbursement.
48 hour notice is requested, or the full session fee is applied.
